Masks are no longer required for massage treatments at my office. However, if you or a family member have been sick recently, I ask that you bring a mask to wear to your appointment or contact me to discuss possibly rescheduling. 

I will be continuing with my cleaning protocols that I have kept in place during COVID to help battle that as well.

Please try and arrive 10 minutes early on your first appointment to complete the form, and start your massage on time.

Many extended health care insurance plans will cover massage therapy appointments, so your visit to improve your health could cost you absolutely nothing.

Please check with your insurance company to see if you are covered and if you require a prescription for your appointment. Please bring your plan member ID card with you to your appointment along with your prescription!
