Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle technique that focuses on evaluating and enhancing the way the Craniosacral system functions, made up of membranes and cerebrospinal fluid which surrounds and protects the brain.
When a therapist is performing Craniosacral therapy, they are focusing on returning things to normal balance. They find the restrictions within the core of your body (the spinal cord) and work on releasing them.
